How long until I see some results while training with you?

This will depend on your initial level of fitness, current eating habits and your dedication. The harder and more frequently you train the faster you will see results. Everyone is different so I can’t make any promises, but what I can say is if you work hard during your sessions, eat right and do the necessary homework (a bit of cardio or light weight session), then what you will feel fitter, stronger and healthier than ever before.

Where would we train?

Here’s where a2z personal training can help save you time. Since we are mobile we come to you meaning we can train at your local park, backyard or workplace so you won’t have to travel too far if at all.

How do you know what type of training is right for me?

Before we get started we will meet with you for a free consultation (valued at $197) where we will discuss your fitness goals, previous exercise history and any other relevant information to help us set you on the right fitness program and get you started. All of our training programs are tailored to your specific goals.

How will you keep me motivated and on track with my goals?

During our sessions we will make sure you are doing the correct exercises to get maximum benefit while also giving you plenty of fun and exciting new exercises you have probably never seen before. Assessments are a very important part of your training. Every 4 weeks we will do a few basic tests to show where you have improved and what might still need work, this is a great tool to keep you motivated! We will also keep in touch outside of the sessions to make sure you are doing the homework I set for you.

What can you do to help me with my eating habits?

You will be given a nutrition manual to help you keep on track with your daily eating along with a food diary to fill out each week so you and your trainer can see what you have been eating and make changes where necessary. We also have powerful strategies to change some of your habits that are holding you back from reaching your goals.

What times can we train?

We will find a time that suits us both, whether it is early in the morning before work, after work or sometime during the day. You pick the time and location and we will make an appointment to come see you.

What kind of training can I expect to be doing?

That all depends on what your fitness goals are. The main types of training we cover are:

• Functional training – to help with everyday activities

• Resistance training – to burn fat and build muscle to tone and shape your bodies (don’t worry ladies, you won’t bulk up)

• Boxing – used for cardiovascular training and is a fun alternative to traditional cardio training such as a treadmill

• Strength training – for those looking to increase their strength levels for a certain event/sport or just everyday activities

With these 4 main training types you will have a fun and enjoyable training session every time!

Do I need equipment?

No. we have the necessary equipment needed for your sessions all you need to bring in a drink bottle, a towel and your high energy levels.

How often do I need to train?

On average, most clients do best when they meet with me 2 – 3 times per week. Less than that many people tend to lose interest.  Here are a few things to keep in mind when determining how often you’ll meet with your trainer.
