Your training will be either at your house or a local park, whatever is easiest for you, just one less thing for you to worry about. We do everything we can to make it more convenient for you. We will also keep in touch outside of our sessions because that’s where the results really happen, we aren’t just your trainer for the time we spend in our sessions but 24/7, always just a text or phone call away if you need some advice on anything.
We don’t follow diets, simply because they are set up for failure. From day one our approach was to create a lifestyle that suits you and your needs, that philosophy hasn’t changed, just evolved into something that sets us apart from other trainers, and the fact that Andy is a qualified Nutritional Therapist. By understanding how you body reacts to certain foods, we can tailor a program specifically for you, not just a food plan that may or may not work for you
